Adios, wisdom...teeth.

Before...

This is me and my new friend, named "Chewey" by the Ty company. I fell in love with him at Good Will... and when I showed him to my dad he pointed out I was going to be a lot less "chewey" after my surgery - LOL!

After...

The wisdom teeth removal went really well, thanks so much for your prayers!!!!!!!! Mom had some numbing creme left over from when she had an IV port so I was able to use that and hardly felt the IV poke! I was very sleepy during the operation and don't really remember a ton of it, but it went well and I'm now resting at home!!! As you can see in the pic my cheeks are a bit poofy, but otherwise I'm doing fairly well. Thanks so much for praying for me! :)

And praise the Lord that wisdom doesn't come from teeth! ;)

"The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom;
A good understanding have all those who do His commandments.
His praise endures forever."
Psalm 111:10

"Klarabelle"

P.S. And currently ze sheep (see previous post) Sir Ramleigh (or is it Ramdolph? I forget...) Wooly  Sherbet!!! Now I just need a Lady Baaaaarbara to keep him company! ;) Thanks so much for all the names, girls! :)

  2. Yay, I'm so glad that it went well! That's awesome that you were able to use numbing creme- the one part of oral surgery that was uncomfortable (at least for me since I don't like needles) was getting the IV, but even that wasn't that bad. Hope that you feel "recovered" soon!
